Your Donation Goes A Long Way
In 2016, 149 new persons were diagnosed with HIV or AIDS in our service area (Alamance, Caswell,Guilford, Montgomery, Rockingham, Randolph, and Stanly counties). This brought the total number of persons living with HIV and AIDS in our community to 3,378. Central Carolina Health Network, in coordination with our funded partners, has provided over 18,000 units of services and support to over 2,457 patients– 73% of all those living with HIV or AIDS in our region.
Our success is due, in large part, to the great work of dedicated partner organizations. However, our work would not be possible without the generous support of individuals like you! We continue to see the importance of the social determinants of health–housing, food, access to employment and educational opportunities–but these services are often challenging to provide with grant funding alone. With your support we can continue to provide care to uninsured and under-resourced patients in our community.
Please consider a tax-deductible contribution to Central Carolina Health Network.
